TWO INGREDIENT AUTUMN SOUP

For 4-6 people


Ingredients:

                450g of celery root
                550g butternut pumpkin
                2L of water 
                Salt and pepper


Procedure:

Chop up celery root and butternut squash and put them in the pot with water. Let it boil and cook it until vegetables get softer. Let it cool down and then blend it. Spice it up with salt and pepper according to taste.
