FRIED ANCHOVIES AND SWISS CHARD

For 4 to 6 people
Ingredients
                For chard:
                                560g butternut pumpkin
                                1 kg Swiss chard
                                5 cloves garlic
                                4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
                                1 tablespoon aceto balsamico
                                Salt
               
                For anchovies
                                1 kg anchovies
                                150g sesame seeds 
                                Salt
                                Extra virgin olive oil


Procedure

Clean pumpkin and cut it into cubes. Put it in pot, add water and salt. Cook for 35 minutes. In the meantime, wash the chard and slice it finely, add it to already cooked pumpkin. When the chard is cooked, drain rest of water.  Fry finely sliced ​​garlic on extra virgin olive oil. Then add chard and pumpkin. Season it with balsamic vinegar and salt. Mash all of it together. 


Clean fishes and roll them in a mixture of ground sesame seeds and salt. Fry them in olive oil or bake them in the oven. Serve it with a tomato and chives salad.
