This aromatic salad is perfect appetizer for family lunch.
It can be served with bread, crackers or by itself also you can serve it with
pasta. It is slightly spiced out with freshly cut hot pepper and lime juice. If
you serve it with meat it can be transformed into gorgeous side dish and then
you have perfect paleo lunch.
For 4 to 6 people (if it is served with bread or crackers)
For 2-4 people (if it is served without bread or crackers)
Ingredients:
200g pitted
black olives
200g
corn
200g
tomatoes
100g
onions
½ lime
2
tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Piece
of fresh hot pepper
Salt,
pepper
Procedure:
Cut olives into half, cut tomatoes into small cubes. Mix
that together and then add corn and thin slices of onions. Spice it all up with
freshly squeezed lime juice and extra virgin olive oil, according to taste add
salt, pepper and fresh hot pepper.
