Ingredients
400g fresh coconut meat
200g coconut flakes
125g tapioca
200g blueberries
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
2 dl coconut milk
2 eggs
1 baking powder
Procedure
Soak tapioca in water one hour before you start with the
preparation of cake. Strain the remaining water and put the rest in blender.
Mix all the ingredients to get compact mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for 1h and 15
min.
