GRAIN FREE ALMOND BREAD

Ingredients

                 100g almonds
                 120g tapioca
                 2 eggs
                 1 tablespoon of mashed apples
                 1 baking powder
                 Salt


Procedure


Soak tapioca 1 hour before you start with the preparation of bread. Then strain it and put it in blender also, add eggs and mashed apples and blend it. Finely grind the almonds and mix them with baking powder and salt. Mix those two mixtures and put them in baking mould bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
