Ingredients
300g button mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, curry
Procedure
Chop mushrooms into slices and rub curry and salt on every
slice, make sure that each slice gets enough of curry powder. If you prefer a
stronger flavour just put more curry powder, if you like lighter aroma just put
half of turmeric powder, half of the curry powder. Then add extra virgin olive
oil and salt. Let it rest for couple of hours.
Marinated mushrooms can stand in the refrigerator for one
week. Therefore, you can make a larger amount. They will spice up every raw
meal you have.
