Ingredients
1 coconut
1 tablespoon honey
2 L warm water
Procedure
Take coconut meat out of a coconut. Slice it into small
pieces and put it in a blender, add half of the water and a spoonful of honey.
Blend the mixture, and drain milk from it. Put drained mixture back in the
blender and add the other half of the water, repeat the procedure. Drained part
can be frozen and used in the preparation of a desserts or smoothies.
Coconut milk lasts just three or four days. That is why it
is better to do smaller amounts or freeze it in the form of cubes which always
comes in handy especially if you need a cold smoothie in the summer.
