Ingredients
3 tablespoons of tahini sauce
200g ground almonds
2 spring onions finely chopped
500 g avocado
5 red radishes finely chopped
Fresh parsley finely chopped
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Grated rind of a lemon quarters
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt, chilli pepper
Procedure
Mash avocado with a fork and mix it with other ingredients. Stir
until the mixture get smooth, and season with salt and chilli pepper according
to taste. Serve with a green salad and your favourite crackers.
