Homemade energy bars
are the perfect thing for a sweet snack. They are easy to make and once you do the
first round you will ask yourself why you haven’t tried to make them
before.
Ingredients:
200g cranberry
200g almonds
200g dates
100g walnuts
1 dcl of water
1 tablespoon psyllium
Procedure:
Put all ingredients in
food processor and mix it until you get a compact mixture. Cover up mould with
baking paper and spread the mixture evenly to a thickness of 1 cm. Place
it in a refrigerator to cool down overnight. After that, bars are ready for
cutting and eating.
