Ingredients:
1600g
ground pork
8
cooked eggs
325g
onions
3
cloves garlic
Bunch
of parsley - 4 tablespoons finely cut
1
tablespoon psyllium / or one raw egg
Salt,
chilli pepper
Instructions:
Cut garlic, onions and parsley, finely and mix
them with minced meat. Season with salt and chilli peppers according to taste.
Finally, add a tablespoon of psyllium and mix it all together. Put a half of
the mixture in baking mould, add eggs. It is essential that eggs are lined up
side by side without any space between them. Cover them with another half of
meat mixture. Bake at 200°C for 45-60 minutes. Let it cool down for 10-15
minutes.
Serve it with your favourite hot sauce. I do
mine with coconut milk, tomato sauce, turmeric, salt and chilli pepper powder.
First you need to preheat the pan then add coconut milk, one teaspoon of
turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Mix it and add 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce,
one by one until you get tick sauce with intensive orange colour.
