This recipe is perfect base recipe for all kind of special
diets. It is easy to make and easily transformed in to vegan, grain free, paleo
or gluten free. If you want to cook vegan meal add pasta or rice. If you are on
paleo, grain free or gluten free just add some cooked or baked meat.
For 4 people
Ingredients:
400g
zucchini
300g
carrots
200g
broccoli
200g
cabbage
200g
leeks
1
teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil
2
tbsp soy sauce
1dcl of water
Salt,
pepper, chilli peppers and turmeric
Procedure:
Zucchini and carrots
cut into spaghetti using a special kind of knife for making spaghetti or spiral
vegetable slicer. Cut broccoli into small pieces and cook separately in order
to remain crunchy. Cut cabbage into small strips and leeks into rings.
Fry the spices and
leeks on extra virgin coconut oil. Add carrots and cabbage pour a little bit of
water and simmer for a few minutes. Add zucchini and broccoli, stir, add soy sauce and salt according to taste. Leave it to rest for a few minutes.
Serve it with chicken,
pasta or rice.
