Ingredients
200g red cabbage
50g carrots
50g daikon radish
100g marinated mushrooms
Sauce
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive
oil
3 tablespoons finely chopped
parsley
Salt
Procedure
Grate cabbage, carrots and daikon radish. Mix them all together.
For the sauce finely slice the garlic and parsley, mix them
with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
