Ingredients
300g zucchini
200g avocado
100g celery
50g onions
50g peppers
50g cashew nuts
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 and ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coriander
700 ml of hot water
Procedure
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it until you
get smooth mixture.
