ROASTED VEGETABLE SALAD

For 4 to 6 people
Ingredients

700g horn peppers
350g bell pepper
800g zucchini
600g onions
5 chilli peppers
Salt


Procedure



Cut vegetables into slices, season with salt according to taste and bake for hour and half on 200°C. Serve as breakfast with fried eggs and crackers or as a side dish for lunch.
