Ingredients
500g Hokkaido pumpkins
500g butternut pumpkin
250g corn grits
250g flour
1 baking powder
4 eggs
3 dl yoghurt
300g cottage cheese
1 dcl extra virgin olive oil
2 dcl of water
Salt, pepper
Procedure:
Mix eggs, add the yogurt, olive oil, water and fresh cheese.
Mix well to get a smooth mixture. Add corn grits, flour, baking powder and
finely grated hokaido and butternut squash. Season with salt and pepper
according to taste.
While “ljevača” is baking make a mixture of water, 2 tbsp
oil, one egg, 0.5 dcl yogurt and salt. Every 10 minutes of baking add one third
of this mixture on it. Bake on 200°C for 30 minutes or until it gets golden colour.
