Ingredients
Celery crackers
200g radish sprouts
250g cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
0.5 dcl coconut milk
1 tomato
5 pieces of spring onion
Chilli peppers, salt
1 kg stalk celery
Procedure
Put all ingredients except the celery stalks and crackers in
food processor. Cut celery stalks in three pieces; peel them, because you need
to remove their fibrous part. Fill celery stalks with mixture, on top of it add
crackers cut in the shape of triangles. Serve with radish sprouts
