KOHLRABI IN MUSTARD AND ROSEMARY SAUCE

Ingredients
200g kohlrabi
2 spring onions
50g radish sprouts


Sauce
1 egg
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
100g ground sunflower seeds


Procedure
Peel kohlrabi and cut it into slices, and finely sliced spring onions.

Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and blend it well. Pour the sauce over the kohlrabi and spring onions. Garnish with radish sprouts.
