Ingredients
100 g green lettuce
100 g arugula
1 carrot
10 cleaned marinated anchovies
1 spring onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice and a
little lemon zest
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
oil
Arugula flowers for decoration
Rosemary
Salt
Procedure
Wash lettuce and arugula and chop them into smaller pieces. With
a knife peeler make strips of a carrot and finely chop the onion.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and grate a little lemon
zest for a better taste. Finely chop the rosemary, which will also enhance the
flavour of salads. Mix all ingredients and finally add salt and olive oil
