Ingredients
2 apples
2 nectarines
100g chokeberries
250g cottage cheese
4 tablespoons freshly ground flax
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons cold-pressed flaxseed oil
0.5 dcl of water
Procedure
Grate apples and slice up nectarine into cubes. Put
chokeberry, cottage cheese, cinnamon, honey, flax seed oil and water into a
blender and blend it well. Put fruit in a plate, and then freshly ground flax
seeds and mixture from blender.
Fresh cheese, flax seed oil, ground flax seeds and apples are
the main part of the recipe. Depending on season or your preferences you can
use other ingredients. For example you can add almonds, raisins, blueberries or
raspberries.
