Ingredients
100g green lettuce
100g tomatoes
100g beetroot
A small piece of horseradish
50g buckwheat sprouts
2 spring onions
100g sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons coconut milk
Salt, pepper
Procedure
Wash and chop green
lettuce into smaller pieces, and put it on the bottom plate. Cut tomatoes into cubes
and put them over the lettuce.
Put beetroot and horseradish in food processor along with
the onions, sunflower seeds, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and coconut
milk. Season it with salt and pepper according to taste. Mix until you get a
compact mixture.
