Ingredients
100g of your favourite crackers
100g carrots
20g celery
30g zucchini
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt
Sauce
50g call buckwheat
5 pieces of spring onion
200g sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon miso dissolved in 1
dcl of water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
Procedure
Grate vegetables and season them with olive oil, lemon juice
and salt.
Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and blend
it until you get smooth sauce.
