Ingredients:
400g of
cooked beef
300g
button mushrooms
400g
red pepper
250g
peas
150g
onions
1
tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1dcl of
water
One big
spaghetti squash
Salt,
pepper and curcuma
Instruction:
Cut onions into cubes and fry it on extra virgin olive oil
and curcuma. Add peas, red pepper cut into stripes and water. Cook for 10
minutes and then add button mushrooms cut into slices. Add cooked beef and
season everything with salt and pepper according to taste. Cook for another 5
minutes and add more water if you need it.
Mix everything with spaghetti squash.
