PESTO FLAVOURED CASSEROLE

For 4-6 people
Ingredients
2 whole circle crackers
1kg tomatoes
400g kohlrabi
100g green lettuce

The sauce - pesto
100g mint
150g sunflower seeds
3 cloves garlic
1 ½ tablespoons salt
1 dcl of water
2 dcl of extra virgin olive oil



Procedure
Cut tomatoes into small cubes, grate kohlrabi, and tear lettuce into smaller pieces.

Put all the ingredients for the pesto into a blender and blend it until you get smooth sauce.


First put one cracker on serving plate, cover it up with pesto, then put tomatoes, grated kohlrabi and lettuce. Place the second cracker and repeat the same procedure.
