Ingredients:
800g kale
200g leeks
100g black olives
100g walnuts
2 eggs
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
Cut kale into strips
and the leeks into slices. Mix them and cook in the steamer. Boil the eggs and
cut them into slices. Mix kale, leeks, chopped eggs, chopped walnuts and
olives. Season it with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve it as a side dish or appetizer.
