Ingredients:
600g broccoli
700g cauliflower
50g coconut
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1.2L water
Salt, pepper
Procedure:
Put chopped up broccoli,
cauliflower, water and coconut flour in big pot and let it boil. Cook for
another 15-20 minutes until vegetables become softer. Let it cool down, put it in a blender, add
olive oil and season it with salt and pepper according to taste.
