Ingredients:
100g of your favourite crackers
100g marinated mushrooms
200g young cabbage
100g beetroot with horseradish
Sauce
100g zucchini
6 pieces of spring onion
1 tablespoon homemade mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped
parsley
Chilli peppers, salt
Procedure
Slice young kale finely.
Put all the ingredients for the sauce in food processor. Mix
the sauce to mix with young sliced kale.
Serve with marinated mushrooms, crackers and with a mixture
of beetroot and horseradish.
