Ingredients
200g onions
400g cabbage
200g horn peppers
300g brown lentils
100g barley
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons ghee butter
Turmeric, salt, pepper
1.4 L of water
Procedure
Fry turmeric on ghee butter, add finely chopped onion. Then
add the chopped cabbage and fry it until it gets tender, season with a soy sauce. Add brown lentils and barley. Pour the water and spice it up with salt
and pepper. Let it boil, and then reduce to the lowest temperature. Cook for 40
minutes. Decorate with finely chopped horn pepper or hot chilli and chives. Serve
with a tomato and cucumber salad.
