SPICY BEEF TONGUE

For 4 to 6 people
Ingredients

                 1 kg of beef tongue
                 1 kg zucchini
                 250g onions
                 1 tablespoon duck or other animal fats
                 Extra virgin olive oil
                 3 chilli peppers
                 Salt


Procedure

Cook beef tongue with chilli peppers and salt in a pressure cooker for 3 hours. After cooking you have to peel a tongue. Sliced it up and fry it in the duck fat.

Slice up zucchinis and onions and fry them in the grill pan. Add salt and season it with olive oil.
