Ingredients

200g carrots
50g celery
50g marinated mushrooms
One spring
onion
Of radish sprouts
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Procedure
Grate the celery and carrots, season with extra virgin olive
oil, salt and pepper according taste. Decorate with marinated mushrooms, finely
chopped spring onion and radish sprouts.
Chop meat chop with a knife and mix it with a mixture of one
egg yolk, mustard, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, add other finely
chopped vegetables and season according to taste.
