STEAK TARTAR RECIPE WITH CARROTS AND CELERY

Ingredients
100g crackers
200g carrots
50g celery
50g marinated mushrooms
One spring onion                 
Of radish sprouts
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper

Steak tartar recipe
200g beef tenderloin
2 cloves of garlic
40g onion
1 teaspoon mustard
1 egg yolk
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper, chilli pepper
Freshly chopped parsley

Procedure
Grate the celery and carrots, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper according taste. Decorate with marinated mushrooms, finely chopped spring onion and radish sprouts.

Chop meat chop with a knife and mix it with a mixture of one egg yolk, mustard, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, add other finely chopped vegetables and season according to taste.
