Eggs with asparagus are popular breakfast or dinner in the
spring. All year I think about those few months in which it is possible to find
this wonderful bitter treat in our forests. Love for asparagus I gained as a
child while I was going into the woods with my grandma in search of the plant
that make a feast of the ordinary foods.
For one
Ingredients:
3 eggs
0.5 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
15g wild asparagus
Salt
Procedure:
Mix asparagus and eggs, season according to taste. Heat the
olive oil in pan and add mixture of eggs and asparagus. Bake on each side and
serve with bread or salad.
