SPICY PORK WITH AMARANTH AND CORN

For 6-8 people
Ingredients:

       1400g ground pork
                 200g of corn
                 180g Amaranth
                 200g onions
                 4 cloves garlic
                 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
                 1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil
                 1 teaspoon chilli pepper 
                 1 teaspoon turmeric
                 Salt




Instructions:


On coconut oil, fry turmeric, chilli pepper and finely chopped onions and garlic. Add 2dcL of water. Cook until it evaporates, add the pork and 2dcL red wine. Cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Serve with bread, rice, pasta or steamed vegetables.
