Procedure:
Clean the squash and stab
it with a fork, bake it for 15 minutes at 200 ° C. Let the pumpkin cool down.
After that take a fork and separate the "meat" of the squash. You'll
get spaghetti.
Fry the chilli peppers, turmeric and onion sliced
to cubes on lard. Let onions to get softer, and then add the livers and hearts.
Season with salt according to taste, add water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes
until the water evaporates.
Fry the chilli peppers
and finely chopped garlic on extra virgin olive oil. Add dried tomatoes diced
and chopped basil. Add spaghetti and season with salt according to taste.
