SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH CHICKEN HEARTS AND LIVERS

Ingredients:

Spaghetti:
 1.4 kg spaghetti pumpkin
200g dried tomatoes preserved in oil
1 handful basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
One garlic
Salt and chilli pepper 

Chicken livers and the hearts:
                1kg chicken livers with hearts
                250g onions
                1 teaspoon of lard
                1mL of water
                Salt, pepper, turmeric and chilli peppers

Procedure:

Clean the squash and stab it with a fork, bake it for 15 minutes at 200 ° C. Let the pumpkin cool down. After that take a fork and separate the "meat" of the squash. You'll get spaghetti.

 Fry the chilli peppers, turmeric and onion sliced to cubes on lard. Let onions to get softer, and then add the livers and hearts. Season with salt according to taste, add water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the water evaporates.


Fry the chilli peppers and finely chopped garlic on extra virgin olive oil. Add dried tomatoes diced and chopped basil. Add spaghetti and season with salt according to taste.
