For 3-4 people
Ingredients:
700g butternut pumpkin
500g kale
500g mushrooms
6 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt, pepper and chilli pepper
Procedure:
Fry chilli and garlic on
tablespoons olive oil then, add whole mushrooms. Grate butternut squash and
lightly fry it on half tablespoons of olive oil and season it with salt and
pepper according to taste.
Cut kale into strips,
steam it to retain crispness. Season it with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and
pepper according to taste.
