Ingredients
1kg pork leg
600g onions
1kg eggplant
1kg bell
pepper
1 kg
zucchini
Salt,
turmeric, chilli pepper, extra virgin olive oil
Procedure
Cut the meat into cubes and marinate it day before making
BBQ, mix extra virgin olive oil with salt, turmeric and chilli pepper. With
that mix cover meat cubes and let it rest over night.
Cut vegetables into cubes similar to size of meat cubes.
Then make skewered with the combination of meat and vegetables.
