RICE WITH HOT SAUCE AND WOK VEGETABLE

For 4 to 6 people
Ingredients

                Rice
                                100g onions
                                250g rice
                                2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
                                1 teaspoon curry
                                Salt
                                1L water

                Vegetables and Mushrooms
                                700g zucchini
                                200g bell pepper
                                200g onions
                                300g button mushrooms
                                2 dl tomato sauce
                                1 tablespoon soy sauce
                                2 tsp chilli sauce
                                2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
                                Salt, pepper, turmeric


Procedure

Fry curry and finely chopped onions on olive oil. When onions get soften add the rice and briefly fry it. Then add water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve rice with hot chilli sauce.


Cut zucchinis ​​with a special kind of knife for spaghetti. Cut peppers, onions and mushrooms in thin slices. Put olive oil in wok and add turmeric, fry it. Then add onions, zucchinis, peppers and mushrooms. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce and season with salt and pepper according to taste. Vegetables should be crispy so don’t cook it more than 5 minutes.
