tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Procedure
Fry curry and finely chopped onions on olive oil. When
onions get soften add the rice and briefly fry it. Then add water and cook for
15-20 minutes. Serve rice with hot chilli sauce.
Cut zucchinis with a special kind of knife for spaghetti.
Cut peppers, onions and mushrooms in thin slices. Put olive oil in wok and add
turmeric, fry it. Then add onions, zucchinis, peppers and mushrooms. Add tomato
sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce and season with salt and pepper according to
taste. Vegetables should be crispy so don’t cook it more than 5 minutes.
