Pasta
with salsa
200g
onions
300g zucchini
250g carrots
800g tomatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt, curry
500g spaghetti
For fish
1 kg of small fish
50g flour
50g corn grits
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Basil sauce
1 handful basil
10 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Procedure
For the sauce fry the curry and finely chopped onions on
olive oil. Then add other finely chopped vegetables. Cook it for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool down, put cooked vegetables blended in a blender to get the salsa
smooth structure. Add salt to taste. Cook spaghetti. Clean fishes and roll them
in a mixture of wheat flour, corn meal and salt. Fry them in olive oil. Basil
sauce is easy to make just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it. Serve
with vegetable skewers of zucchini and carrots.
