Ingredients
300g red lentils
200g amaranth
500g horn peppers
200g onions
250g peas
1 L of water
1
tablespoon ghee butter
Salt, chilli pepper, curry
Procedure
Fry the curry and fresh, finely chopped chilli pepper on
ghee butter. Add onions cut into slices and chopped peppers. Fry over high
heat. Add the red lentils and amaranth and water. Let it boil and then reduce
the temperature. Cook for 30 minutes, the last 10 minutes of cooking add peas
and season with salt according to taste.
