Ingredients
600g eggplants
5 cloves garlic
800g pork ham, boneless, cut into steaks
1 tablespoon duck or other animal fats
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 and ½ chilli peppers
500 ml water
Salt
Procedure
Chop
eggplants into cubes and bake them in the oven on 200°C. Spice them up with finely
chopped garlic, chilli pepper, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Cook pork
in water in which is added chilli pepper and salt. Cook for 30 minutes, then
drain. Serve cooked chilli peppers with meat. Briefly fry the meat on duck fat.
Serve with cucumber salad.
