NAAN BREAD

Ingredients:

                 550g all purpose flour
                 2 teaspoons baking powder
                 2 teaspoons salt
                 100g yoghurt
                 350ml warm water
                 Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

Make a dough of all ingredients except olive oil we will use it for baking. Cover the dough and let it rise in warm place until doubled (about 1-2 hours). Heat up your gas grill (or you can use a regular pan). Oil up your hand take little bit of dough and make small ball of it. Spread dough in your hands in order to make appearance of flat bread. When you are done put it on gas grill an try to starch it just a little bit more with your hands or spatula to produce a thinner flat bread.

Bake it until it gets golden brown colour on both sides.




Serve it with different sauces or spicy Indian food. It can be served for breakfast if you add a teaspoon of butter on still warm bread and seasoned it with salt and aromatic herbs.
