butternut pumpkin

spinach

and nutmeg

meat portion:
550g
carrots
1800g
pork
300g
onions

and chilli peppers
Procedure:
Put pork meat into food processor, it is important to get
little chopped pieces not minced meat. Add grated carrot and finely chopped
onion. Season with salt and chilli peppers according to taste. Put the mixture
into pie mould pan. Bake on 200°C for 20 minutes
While the meat is baking prepare the filling. Mix the grated
butternut squash, chopped spinach and eggs. Stir well and season it with salt
and nutmeg. After meat was baked for 20 minutes add this mixture on top of it and
bake another 15 minutes.
It can be served like hot or cold dish. Serve with salad or
roasted vegetables.
