Ingredients:
For the dough
200g cauliflower
1 egg
Salt, turmeric
For the filling
100g Trappist cheese
100g pepperoni
75g button mushrooms
1 dcl
tomato sauce
Salt and oregano
Procedure
Chop cauliflower in a food processor until it starts to look
like bread crumbs. Put it in boiling water, and cook for about 5 minutes. Drain
excess water through the gauze and allow it to cool down.
When it is cooled down try to squeeze out every possible
remain of water. Put drained cauliflower in to the bowl and mix it with eggs,
salt and turmeric. Add salt according to taste, but be careful not to over salt
because it will be even saltier after baking. Put it in a baking mould and bake
on 180°C for 30 minutes.
Slice cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms into thin slices. Spice
up tomato sauce with salt and oregano. After 30 minutes of baking, put other
ingredients on the pizza and bake for at last 20 minutes.
