Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower pita bread
150g pork
400g tomato
75g green lettuce
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon call
1mL of water
Salt, pepper and chilli pepper
Procedure:
Cut pork meat into cubes and boil them in water, seasoned
with salt and chilli pepper. Cook for 20 minutes. Cut tomatoes cut into cubes,
fry them in a pan, season them with salt according to taste. Wash and tear
lettuce into smaller pieces.
Put tomatoes on pita bread, then green lettuce and pork. Put some
onions and sprouts on top of it.
