Paleo friendly, gluten free and grain free treat. It will satisfy your every desire
for sweet.
Ingredients:
9 egg whites
25g coconut
150g ground poppy seeds
60g ground hemp seed
150g cottage cheese
2 dl milk
4 tablespoons agave syrup
1 baking powder
Procedure:
Mix egg
whites with a mixer until you get firm snow. Separately whisk the cream cheese,
milk, agave syrup until you get a creamy mixture.
Mix coconut
flour, poppy seeds, hemp seeds and baking powder with a mixture of cottage
cheese, milk and agave syrup.
Finally mix
the resulting mixture with the egg whites and pour it in to baking muffin
moulds. Bake on 200°C until muffins
become golden brown.
Muffins have
a neutral nutty flavour and are great with jams and creams.
