Ingredients:

pork
200g
carrot
100g
peas
1
spring of rosemary
4-6
pieces of sun dried tomatoes

garlic cloves
1
teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
600mL
of water or beef broth
Salt,
pepper
Instructions:
On extra virgin olive oil fry garlic cloves, rosemary and
sun dried tomatoes. Add cubed pork, after few minutes of frying add beef broth
and carrot cut into big chucks. Let it boil, then low the temperature and cook
for 30 minutes. Add peas and 2 dcL of tomato sauce. Put it on high temperature
and cook for another 10 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper according to
taste. If you like iz more spicy add chilli pepper.
