RAW CHOCOLATE COOKIES WITH PINEAPPLE CREAM AND RASPBERRIES

For 6 people
Ingredients

Cookies
7 egg whites
300g almonds
2 tablespoons raw sage honey
1 teaspoon cocoa powder 

Cream
500g avocado
400g raspberries
2 dcl coconut milk
1 tablespoon raw honey

Fruit
700g pineapple
300g raspberries


Procedure

For making cookies you will need mashed egg whites into thick snow, and then mix other ingredients but manually to keep the structure of egg whites. Put the mixture with silicone spatula on teflex paper. If you don’t have teflex paper, use regular baking paper. Dehydrated on 45 ° C until cookies get crispy, it will last at least 6 hours.

For making cream you need to put all of the ingredients in blender and mix it well. If you want your cream to be ice cream like add frozen raspberries not the fresh one. 

Cut pineapple in small cubes. For serving you will need one glass. First break cookies and put them on bottom, add pineapple cubes, whole raspberries and cream. Repeat.
