RAW AMARANTH AND OATS CRACKERS

Ingredients
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup flax seeds
1 cup amaranth
500g oats
300g celery stalk and leaf
Salt, chilli peppers 
(Cups =  3dcl)

Procedure
Grind amaranth seeds and soak them overnight, drain it before using it. Soak oats overnight, before using it put it with water in blender and blend it well. After draining you will get fresh and raw oat milk. Mix drained oats, amaranth with rest of the ingredients.


Put the mixture on teflex paper, in case you do not have it you can always use baking paper. Dehydrate it at a temperature of 45 ° C until they become crispy.
