For 4 to 6 people
Ingredients
400g onions
500g bell pepper
200g horn peppers
200g peas
300g millet
100g amaranth
1 tablespoon ghee butter
Salt, pepper, turmeric
1.2L water
Procedure
Cut onion and bell pepper into cubes and fry them on ghee
butter and turmeric, add a horn peppers cut into strips. Then add the millet,
amaranth and water. Season it with salt and pepper. Let it boil, and then
reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the peas.
At the end, add pesto.
Serve it with a tomato salad flavoured with extra virgin
olive oil and salt.
