CELERY CRACKERS

Ingredients
1 cup sesame seeds
2 cups of sunflower seeds
½ cup ground rice
350g carrots
100g celery leaf
2 spring onions
3 dcl of water
Curry, salt, pepper and coriander
 Cups = 3dcl

Procedure
Grind and soak sesame and sunflower seeds overnight. Chop celery leaves, carrots and onions finely and mix with other ingredients, season according to taste.


Put mixture on teflex paper, if you don’t have it use baking paper. Dehydrate at a temperature of 45 ° C until they get crispy.
