SLOW COOKED SPICY PORK WITH GREEN BEANS IN TOMATO SAUCE

For 4 people
Ingredients
                For the marinated meat
                                800g pork neck
                                ½ tablespoons minced dried garlic
                                ½ tablespoons finely chopped rosemary
                                1 tablespoon dried, finely ground chilli pepper
                                1 teaspoon salt
                                Pepper
                                2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
                                4 dcl of water

                For green beans in tomato sauce
                                1 kg of green beans
                                500g tomatoes
                                8 cloves garlic
                                2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
                                Salt, chilli peppers
                                                   

Procedure

Mix all ingredients into marinade. Cover meat with marinade and let it marinate overnight. Then cook it in 4 ml of water over high heat until the water boils, reduce the heat and cook for an hour.


Fry finely chopped chilli and garlic on extra virgin olive oil, add tomatoes cut into small cubes and cook for 30 minutes. Mash tomatoes and add salt according to taste. Cook green beans in a different pot in well-salted water, make sure that beans retain their crispness. Mix beans with tomato sauce.
