For 2-3 people
Ingredients:
300g minced pork meat
200g cauliflower
100g peas
50g carrots
50g onion
3 dcl tomato sauce
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper, chilli pepper and turmeric
Procedure:
Fry the spices and finely chopped onions and carrots on
olive oil. Add pork and tomato sauce. Add salt according to taste and cook for
10 to 15 minutes. Add peas to the wok and cook for another 5 minutes on low
heat. Then add small pieces of cauliflower, stir, turn off the heat and let it
rest for 5 minutes.
